• Diligenciar a documentação técnica do projeto; • Diligenciar as Listas de Documentos dos contratos que atenderão ao projeto de acordo com os requisitos contratuais, com foco no planejamento e controle do fluxo de aprovação de forma integrada com o cronograma do projeto; • Diligenciar o fluxo de respostas de consultas técnicas conforme descrito nos anexos contratuais; • Administrar interfaces com as áreas responsáveis, com foco no controle da documentação técnica do Projeto e saneamento das pendências para avanço do desenvolvimento do projeto; • Preparar apresentações gerenciais e relatórios; • Realizar análise crítica de comentários da CLIENTE sobre os documentos, com foco no escopo contratado; • Planejar, participar e conduzir as reuniões técnicas do projeto, realizando os registros ata de reunião; • Suportar a administração da fiscalização de campo com toda a documentação técnica necessária para a execução das atividades; • Diligenciar a elaboração de data books dos contratos; • Elaborar, analisar e controlar ações relacionadas aos planos de ação de engenharia; • Prestar suporte técnico para análise de RO, cartas e outros tipos de correspondências previstas no contrato; • Atuar nas interfaces técnicas com o contrato do FPSO, da Ancoragem e Flexíveis e outros pertinentes ao projeto; • Avaliação e emissão de relatório sobre a qualidade das evidências apresentadas pela EPCIsta para suporte à medição dos serviços de engenharia do contrato EPCI e de outros contratos pertinentes ao projeto; • Emitir comentários técnicos em documentos de engenharia; • Participar de reuniões junto às empresas dos contratos que atenderão ao projeto; • Atuar proativamente para que todos os requisitos dos anexos contratuais sejam atendidos; • Acompanhar o processo de aquisição e instalação dos Bens de Ancoragem; • Acompanhar o processo de aquisição e instalação de Flexíveis/Umbilicais.
