CSSP Operations Training Lead

Guidehouse

• As a Cybersecurity Service Provider CSSP Operations Training Lead, you will develop, manage, and continuously improve comprehensive training programs that directly support CSSP mission needs. • You will coordinate training sessions, track completions, integrate learner feedback, and ensure the workforce remains technically proficient and operationally ready. • Serve as the central point of accountability for all CSSP training activities. • Create and maintain a rolling CSSP training agenda, designing and delivering both baseline and progressive training sessions. • Collaborate closely with operational leads, technical SMEs, and the broader CSSP leadership team to ensure training directly supports mission objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience in training program development, instructional design, or technical training delivery within cybersecurity operations, IT, or DoD environments.
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing training agendas, custom training modules, and role-based curricula.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills with proven ability to coordinate multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Possess strong technical skills and working knowledge of cybersecurity tools, processes, and operational workflows.
  • Show a passion for learning and a proven track record of promoting an environment of individual and team development.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
