Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; Bachelor of Science preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large, complex projects, preferably from innovation through commercialization. - At least 5 years of experience working within a global matrix organization. - Strong foundational knowledge of project management principles. - Proficiency with project management software, such as Microsoft Project. - Outstanding organizational, leadership, communication, and presentation skills. - Change management mindset with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity.
