• Partner with construction customers to unlock value from Autodesk cloud solutions • Drive growth for Autodesk by managing customer relationships and success planning • Conduct collaborative success planning engagements with customers • Proactively identify and monitor risks to customer sentiment • Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues with recommendations

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer facing, B2B role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar)
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Can travel up to 25% for in-person customer engagements and internal meetings
  • Intellectual curiosity to continually learn about customers and their industry
  • Ability to run discovery discussions in the AEC industry
  • Resilience as priorities evolve
