Role Description Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Media-Projekte für unsere Kunden strukturiert geplant, sauber koordiniert und zuverlässig umgesetzt werden. In unserem selbstorganisierten Team übernimmst Du Verantwortung für Planung, Abläufe und Kosten. Koordination - Du strukturierst Media-Projekte und behältst Timings, Aufgaben, Budgets und Abhängigkeiten im Blick. - Du koordinierst die Abläufe zwischen Kunden, Medienpartnern und unserem Team und sorgst dafür, dass Projekte zuverlässig umgesetzt werden. - Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden bei Fragen zu Projektabläufen, Timings und organisatorischen Themen. - Du sorgst für Transparenz bei Deadlines, Kosten und Projektständen und weist frühzeitig auf mögliche Engpässe hin. - Du bereitest Präsentationen und Abstimmungen im Projekt operativ vor und unterstützt bei der Organisation der Kampagnenumsetzung. Planung - Du recherchierst Informationen zu deutschen sowie internationalen Werbeträgern (Medien) und bewertest diese im Hinblick auf Zielgruppen, Reichweiten und Kosten. - Du kommunizierst per E-Mail und Telefon mit deutschen und internationalen Medienvertretern, holst Angebote ein und verhandelst Konditionen. - Du erstellst Mediaplanungen und Excel-Kostenpläne und befüllst sie mit Werbeträgerinformationen und Angebotskonditionen. - Du entwickelst Szenarien und Empfehlungen auf Basis von Zielgruppen, Reichweiten und Budgets. - Du bereitest Kostenpläne, Analysen und Präsentationen für unsere Kunden auf. - Du wertest Kampagnenergebnisse aus und erstellst aussagekräftige Reportings in Excel und/oder PowerPoint. - Du klärst Rückfragen unserer Kunden zu Mediaplanungen und Kostenplänen. - Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit deinen Kolleg*innen und unterstützt die Mediaplanung und -beratung. Qualifications - Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Mediabereich und hast bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Mediaplanung gesammelt. - Du verstehst, wie Mediapläne aufgebaut sind, kennst wichtige Kennzahlen wie Reichweiten, Durchschnittskontakte oder TKP und kannst diese sicher einordnen. - Du arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten den Überblick über Timings, Budgets und Aufgaben. - Du denkst analytisch und kannst Mediaplanungen und Szenarien logisch herleiten und begründen. - Du schätzt Aufwände realistisch ein und kommunizierst klar, wenn Prioritäten gesetzt oder Abläufe angepasst werden müssen. - Du bringst eine hohe Eigenmotivation und Leistungsbereitschaft mit und möchtest aktiv zum Erfolg unseres Teams und unserer Kunden beitragen. - Du arbeitest gerne im Team, kommunizierst offen und zuverlässig und stimmst dich konstruktiv mit Kolleg*innen und Partnern ab. - Du behältst stets den Überblick über deine Aufgaben, denkst mit und bleibst ruhig, auch wenn mehrere Themen gleichzeitig laufen. This includes: - Full Profit and Loss and Trading Statement (if applicable) - Balance Sheet - Notes with breakdowns of accounts (if applicable) - Director’s Statement and Compilation Statement/Auditors Report (if applicable) - Reading through Notes/Accountant Statements/Auditor’s Report to ensure a complete understanding of the Financial Statements - Checking the reconciliation of the Balance Sheet to ensure that total figures are correctly calculated - Checking for the inclusion of all figures. - Confirming the reconciliation of income, expenses, and accounts across periods - Being comfortable in clearly and concisely highlighting any concerns or key points relevant to the assessment - Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality control in all work performed - Uploading and mapping financial information to the digital platform.
