Job Requirements
- Ти маєш 1,5+ роки досвіду у Customer Support, VIP підтримці чи Account Management і вмієш створювати wow-сервіс.
- Володієш англійською (B2+) для природної комунікації з іноземними клієнтами.
- Маєш досвід роботи з CRM і Zendesk, мислиш аналітично й шукаєш рішення на основі даних.
- Емпатія та проактивність допомагають тобі ставити клієнта на перше місце.
- Впевнено пишеш і комунікуєш, швидко навчаєшся й адаптуєшся до змін.
