• Conduct assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and develop individualized treatment plans. • Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs working directly with clients. • Deliver direct telehealth and in-home BCBA services as clinically appropriate. • Train caregivers and collaborate with families to promote generalization of skills. • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines set by the BACB. • Coordinate with internal staff to ensure quality service delivery and clinical integrity.

Job Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Texas-based, residing within 75 miles of Nacogdoches, Kaufman, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Terrell, or Longview.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel for in-home visits as needed.
  • Access to a secure and private home office environment for telehealth sessions.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Must pass background check and meet any additional state requirements.
  • Professional liability insurance (required for independent contractors).
  • Experience working in home-based or telehealth ABA services preferred.
