Supplement Hub
• You take full ownership of the Amazon backend (Seller Central) and ensure all workflows (content maintenance, SEO optimization, flat files) run smoothly and without errors. • You develop and document scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our junior managers and perform the final quality control (double-check instance). • You ensure launch readiness for new products — from keyword research to final A+ Content. • You monitor core KPIs (conversion rate, TACOS, out-of-stock rate) and proactively derive optimization measures. • You work closely with the founding team on automation projects to sustainably reduce manual effort.
Job Requirements
- You have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience within the Amazon ecosystem (ideally in supplements, FMCG, or beauty), either agency-side or at a fast-growing D2C brand.
- You know the ins and outs of Seller Central by heart and have a deep understanding of Amazon SEO and the psychology of high-converting content.
- You demonstrate an extremely conscientious and structured working style.
- You are proficient with Helium 10 and Excel (pivot tables/data analysis) and have an affinity for process automation.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.

Role Description The Account Manager is responsible for sales of Kawasaki robots and related services to targeted customers and channel partners.
