Executive Assistant
R1 RCM
• Partner with colleagues and providers to coordinate meetings • Scheduling activities and creating calendar events. • Coordinate travel arrangements and support ad hoc requests. • Oversee and assist with liaison and communication between the Executive and internal and external office engagements. • Provide day-to-day administrative support for executives. • Manage, plan and organize daily calendar activities. • Book and manage all travel arrangements. • Manage day-to-day correspondences internally and externally, including responding to all local and international mail. • Assist in technical matters and courier correspondence. • Arrange for meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and minutes, and making the necessary business travel arrangements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience.
- Excellent decision-making, communication and collaboration skills with proven cross-functional and multi-level relationship building skills.
- Must have excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
- Ability to succeed in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities under a given timeline.
- Ability to show considerable discretion regarding sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Strong proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to drive tasks through to successful completion.
