The Legal Supervisor possess a high level of experience, expertise, and knowledge of subrogation. They must be able to facilitate change and promote a positive team attitude, while effectively responding to unexpected challenges or demands Main Responsibilities: - Effectively manage and engage a remote team through ongoing communication, coaching, and performance monitoring to ensure productivity, quality, and alignment with organizational expectations. - Provide active oversight of Latitude’s national attorney network and collection vendor by conducting outreach, calls, and meetings; serving as the primary liaison for claim questions; monitoring performance; payment agreement oversight; and reviewing reporting and analysis. - Performs other duties as necessary Competencies: - Expansive knowledge of subrogation as it relates to litigation on lines of P&C insurance, including Uninsured, PIP, Carrier, Dual Coverage and Medical Payments - Excellent written and verbal communication skills while interacting and communicating with clients, vendors, external and internal parties - Ability to accurately and efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment - Computer proficient, including experience with Microsoft Suite - Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills - Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with limited direction - Team-oriented - Dedication to providing a high level of customer service to internal and external parties - Well organized to track commitments and ensure tasks are completed according to deadline - Ability to recognize and solve problems and implement solutions - Ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion and good judgment Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - 5+ years’ experience in insurance industry - Previous related experience in a supervisory role - Must be able to read, write and clearly speak English language - Must maintain adequate bandwidth for home Internet as determined by Latitude's IT department.
