Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of sourcing experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven ability to identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent across both technical and non-technical domains.
  • Confidence in engaging passive talent at all levels with a knack for turning cold outreach into impactful connections.
  • Strong relationship-building skills. You know how to connect with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters to create a seamless hiring experience.
  • A collaborative mindset with the adaptability to pivot and contribute across multiple hiring needs.
  • A data-driven approach to talent acquisition, leveraging insights to optimize sourcing and drive hiring success.
  • Experience with Gem and Greenhouse is a plus!

Role Summary The Technical Recruiter is an early-career, high-potential recruiter who will support company-wide hiring by owning sourcing and recruiting execution for entry to mid-level roles. This role partners closely with the Lead Technical Recruiter, focusing on building strong candidate pipelines, delivering a high-quality candidate experience, and developing the skills required to grow into a senior full-cycle recruiter over time.
