The Principal Customer Success Manager is responsible for customer success within Axway’s managed cloud and SaaS business in the Americas. Customer Success at Axway facilitates effective, ongoing technology deployment, adoption, expansion, and engagement throughout the customer journey, enabling customers to achieve their desired business outcomes and leading to increased revenues and expansion opportunities. This role ensures high-quality instructional practices and program fidelity across campuses, supporting both general and special education teachers to deliver research-based interventions for students with dyslexia and related reading difficulties. The coach serves as a regional expert in dyslexia identification, instruction, and compliance with state and federal special education requirements. The position blends hands-on instructional support with systems-level auditing to ensure equitable, compliant, and effective services for all students Supervisory Responsibilities: None Location: This is a full-time hybrid (remote/on-site) position located in the Rio Grande Valley. Preference will be given to candidates who live in the region, or who are willing to relocate.
