• Build the core systems behind Runware’s serverless platform, including workload execution, routing, scheduling, isolation and scaling leveraging our inference engine • Make it simple for developers to deploy models and run AI workloads without managing GPUs, servers, queues or infrastructure through a simple SDK interface • Design and improve the control plane for serverless execution, including APIs, workers, lifecycle management, retries and failure handling • Work closely with our infrastructure and ML teams to improve workload startup time, GPU utilisation, model warm-up, caching and placement • Build observability that makes serverless workloads easy to monitor, debug and operate at scale globally • Lead the technical design, mentor other engineers and help define the engineering standards for a new product area

• Leverage AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as primary development environments • Design and orchestrate agentic workflows and sub-agents • Use AI to accelerate development, testing, and debugging • Build and maintain scalable frontend and backend systems • Develop across multiple portals (Consumer, Clinic, Enterprise, Platform, Referral, Admin) • Ensure clean, maintainable, and high-quality code • Optimize database queries and system performance • Design and manage caching layers and connection pools • Build systems capable of handling millions of concurrent users • Ensure all code passes automated review pipelines (5+ bots) before human review • Meet SonarCloud quality gates on first push • Maintain strict security best practices and hygiene • Architect distributed systems for global scale • Ensure reliability, fault tolerance, and high availability • Collaborate on infrastructure and backend architecture decisions

• Tackle ambiguous, cross-system problems spanning all aspects of fulfillment and servicing — refunds, replacements, reverse logistics, and more • Own large features end to end, from design through deployment, release, and monitoring • Deliver scalable, event-driven, AI-native applications that elevate the customer experience • Collaborate with platform teams to enhance overall system architecture • Own the design, implementation, quality and safety of AI/agentic features in production systems • Mentor other engineers across levels through code review, pairing, design collaboration and coaching • Drive adoption of tooling and practices, including AI developer tooling, and codify the habits that make them effective • Advocate for the proactive investments — refactors, observability, upgrades, technology adoption - that enable continuous improvement • Communicate fluently across product, design, solutions, and ops to align outcomes with business goals
