Role Description NeoWork is seeking a TrakSYS / MES Enterprise Applications Engineer to serve as a hands-on extension of our client's Systems Solutions team. In this role, you will support the configuration, troubleshooting, enhancement, and integration of Parsec TrakSYS and related enterprise systems across a manufacturing environment. This is a delivery-focused engagement requiring deep TrakSYS expertise, strong manufacturing systems exposure, and the ability to collaborate closely with U.S.-based teams in a remote-first setup. You will help maintain system stability, improve manufacturing workflows, and ensure seamless data flow between MES, ERP, and other operational systems. Qualifications - 3–7+ years of hands-on experience with Parsec TrakSYS (configuration, screens, events, reports, and data models) - Demonstrated experience integrating MES with ERP systems and other enterprise applications - Proficiency in troubleshooting complex data and workflow issues in manufacturing environments - Working knowledge of SQL, scripting, and/or data query tools used in MES/ERP contexts - Strong communication skills in English with proven ability to collaborate with remote, U.S.-based teams - Ability to work within U.S. business hours (full or significant overlap) Requirements - Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other major ERP platforms in a manufacturing context (Nice to Have) - Familiarity with OPC, SCADA, or other industrial automation systems (Nice to Have) - Background in discrete or process manufacturing environments (Nice to Have) - Experience working in managed services or client-delivery roles (Nice to Have) Responsibilities - TrakSYS Configuration & Customization - Configure and customize Parsec TrakSYS to support manufacturing execution workflows - Develop and maintain TrakSYS objects, screens, reports, and event models - Support enhancements and new feature rollouts in line with production requirements - MES Integration & Data Flows - Design and support integrations between TrakSYS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other operational tools - Build and maintain data pipelines, APIs, and reporting connections to ensure accurate, timely data flow - Troubleshoot interface issues and optimize data exchange between manufacturing and business systems - Troubleshooting & System Support - Diagnose and resolve workflow, system, and data issues in live production environments - Partner with the client's Systems Solutions team to triage and close support tickets promptly - Document root cause analyses and contribute to a knowledge base for recurring issues - Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing workflows and system performance - Contribute to standards, best practices, and documentation for the MES environment - Participate in regular syncs with U.S.-based stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables Benefits - We offer health insurance for contractors - Holiday Extra Pay - The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs - This is a 100% home-based position - We prioritize the mental health of our team members and offer mental health days to support their well-being - In addition to the base salary, performance-based incentives are provided - There is an annual review and appraisal process in place - There are ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company

Role Description The System Engineering & Integration Team (SE&IT) is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the System Design and Requirements Capability team in Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will support cross-functional teams to develop system level architecture and requirements to influence Missile Defense Agency (MDA) incremental capability. The candidate will use Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to evaluate architectural impacts through functional and behavior analysis for the defeat of conventional and advanced Threats (i.e., ballistic, aero-maneuvering, hypersonic, hyper-glide, countermeasures, etc.) systems within the MDA mission areas. Qualifications - Degree in engineering classification, mathematics or physics: Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD. - Secret DoD Clearance. Requirements - Collaborate in an MBSE environment to develop system-of-systems requirements via system/component trade studies and analysis. - Lead the development of Change Notices (CNs) to MDA’s system specification to include functional, interface and performance requirements, architectural models, and interface definitions. - Support Trace verification from System to Element level requirements. - Develop and deliver products (i.e., technical briefings, CNs) to support internal and MDA stakeholder reviews. - Demonstrate a technical background in architecture development, functional decomposition and/or allocation of requirements (performance, functional and interface definition) with system-modelling tools. - Prior experience with use of MSOSA (Cameo), DOORS and/or demonstrated knowledge in any of the MDA domain areas; including Aegis Weapon System, Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD), Glide Phase Intercept (GPI), Hypersonic and Ballistic Tracking Space Sensor (HBTSS), Fire Control, C2BMC, MDS sensors (EO/IR/RF). - Ability to think critically and capture concepts in papers, presentations, and discussions. - Good communication/presentation skills and capability of working both independently and within a small team environment. - Work in close coordination with the customer. Desired Skills - Demonstrated experience modeling (architecture) or simulating missile defense applications or similar domains (air combat, air defense, intercept of ballistic targets, intercept of non-ballistic targets, space vehicles, sub-orbital mechanics, etc.). - Knowledge of ballistic and advanced threat systems (i.e., aero-maneuvering, hypersonic, hyper-glide, countermeasures, etc.). - Modeling and analysis experience in aspects of the missile defense system (e.g., Aegis Weapons Systems, Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD), Glide Phase Intercept (GPI), Hypersonic and Ballistic Tracking Space Sensor (HBTSS), Fire Control, C2BMC, missile defense sensors (EO/IR/RF), kill vehicles, interceptors, countermeasures). - Systems engineering experience with large, complex systems. - Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence) is beneficial.
