• Build relationships and collaborate with Heads, Tech Partners, and Tech Heroes to understand hiring needs and team goals. • Be an active member of the hiring team for all digital projects, working on a variety of roles ranging from engineering, product, and more. • Manage the full cycle hiring process, from sourcing (with support from Tech Sourcers) to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. • Comply with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures, both internally and externally, such as GDPR and ISO. • Support Tech Sourcers when it comes to best sourcing practices and methods. • Represent Zartis to the highest standard to strengthen the Zartis brand and candidate experience.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in tech recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency side.
  • Solid understanding of the technology landscape, or the ability to quickly acquire it, with demonstrated capability to assess technical profiles across a broad range of engineering disciplines.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes end-to-end.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools (Lever experience is a plus) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • A high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance (GDPR, ISO).
  • A proactive, candidate-first mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
  • Strong professional proficiency in English, along with fluency in at least one additional language.
