• Be the first point of contact and guide your customers from the online order through to verification • Investigate order status in close collaboration with colleagues from other departments and ensure the smooth delivery of our vehicles • Maintain a clear overview of outstanding tasks at all times and help the team set priorities • Help ensure that customers receive their new car as quickly as possible — delivered directly to their door by our unique Glastruck!
Job Requirements
- You already have initial experience in private customer support, enjoy speaking on the phone and chatting, and customer service is your passion
- You have excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
- You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and quick comprehension
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken — English skills are an advantage, as is a confident use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
- Proficient touch-typing (10-finger system) and several years of experience working from home are a plus
