• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analyses. • Compile and organize financial data from multiple sources to maintain data integrity. • Support the analysis of actual vs. budget and forecast performance. • Help track budget performance and update financial models and templates. • Assist in gathering inputs from various departments for the budgeting process. • Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and systems to ensure data consistency. • Support ad hoc financial analysis requests as needed by the Finance team. • Document processes and procedures to support reporting improvements. • Promote a positive workplace culture through solution-oriented communication and teamwork.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and other MS Office tools.
- Ability to organize and interpret large sets of financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive financial information.

Join our team as a Client Company Underwriter II, where you’ll partner with assigned client company underwriters to provide equipment breakdown coverage for new and renewal business. Role Description We are looking for a Financial Adviser to join our Select Advice team within UniSuper Advice. This is not a typical intrafund advice role. With the complexity of UniSuper products, including Defined Benefit arrangements and a diverse investment menu with sustainable options, the advice you provide will require strong judgement, clarity and technical confidence. Select Advice appointments are primarily delivered virtually, with some phone-based meetings. Location is flexible, and we welcome applications from suitably qualified candidates based from any UniSuper office location.
