Role Description You'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via live chat and email. You'll answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate anything that needs engineering attention — making sure customers can get on with running their businesses without interruption. - Respond to customer queries via live chat and email within SLA targets - Troubleshoot product issues and walk customers through solutions step by step - Escalate bugs and complex cases to the technical team with full context - Update the help centre with answers to questions that come up repeatedly - Track patterns in support volume to flag product improvement opportunities Qualifications - Excellent written English — professional, warm, and easy to understand - Patient and empathetic — you're calm when customers are frustrated - Reliable and organised — you hit SLA targets and keep queues under control - Quick learner — you can get to grips with software products and explain them clearly Requirements - Previous experience in SaaS customer support (nice to have) - Familiarity with Intercom, Zendesk, or similar helpdesk tools (nice to have) - Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance (nice to have) Benefits - $450–$700 USD/month based on experience - Fully remote with flexible shifts - Clear performance metrics — you always know how you're doing - Paid leave - Path to Senior Support, Customer Success, or QA roles
