Assistantly
• Build scalable AI-powered tools, platforms, and workflow systems for internal operations and real estate use cases • Develop practical AI solutions beyond prompting, including structured workflows, automations, apps, dashboards, and custom tools • Collaborate with team members to improve, test, and expand existing AI initiatives • Create AI-based resources for real estate agents, such as guides, frameworks, templates, and interactive tools • Rapidly iterate on prototypes and MVPs based on feedback and evolving business needs • Evaluate new AI tools, LLMs, and platforms to optimize operations, content production, and client/member experience • Document workflows, tool logic, implementation steps, and user instructions for both technical and non-technical audiences • Productize internal AI outputs into polished resources for teams, agents, clients, and members • Troubleshoot issues across AI tools, automations, integrations, and platform workflows • Proactively experiment and recommend improvements in a fast-paced AI environment
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building AI tools, systems, workflows, platforms, or technical solutions from scratch or near-scratch
- Experience developing practical AI solutions beyond LLM prompting, including structured workflows, automations, apps, dashboards, or custom tools
- Proven ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on MVPs in fast-moving experimental environments
- Strong skills in producing clear technical documentation for workflows, tool logic, implementation steps, and user instructions
- Hands-on experience using LLM tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to build AI-enabled solutions
- Experience building custom automations and integrations across tools and platforms
- Familiarity with real estate workflows, real estate agent audiences, or real estate content operations
- Professional English proficiency suitable for writing documentation and end-user resources
