• Lead the end-to-end delivery of 1–2 large-scale complex projects or 2–3 smaller technical workstreams simultaneously. • Own the planning, execution, and quality control of all technical deliverables, ensuring they meet both client expectations and Instrument’s high standards. • Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. • Partner with Tech Leads to translate high-level requirements into detailed, actionable technical tickets and clear delivery roadmaps. • Act as the primary point of contact for technical stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating technical constraints and progress. • Proactively identify potential blockers, manage technical dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. • Maintain real-time visibility into project health, team velocity, and resource allocation, providing regular updates to leadership.
