• Teach engaging one-on-one online lessons using Microsoft Teams. • Create a supportive and personalized learning environment that promotes student engagement, confidence, and success. • Assign and provide timely feedback on class performance, homework assignments, and projects. • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate grades and academic records. • Communicate professionally and proactively with students, families, and LanguageBird staff as needed. • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and respect in all interactions. • Participate in required training.

• Provide online classroom instruction for Professional Medical Coding Curriculum (PMCC) classes • Facilitate discussion, grading student work, and engaging in personalized retention efforts • Ensure the grade book is updated each week • Meet final grades deadline for each course each session • Collaborate with full-time faculty as part of an active community in discipline

• Prepare for your lessons by going through the provided material and deciding what should be taught and how it can be customized based on the student’s needs. • Create a risk-free environment where students can feel free to make mistakes and experiment with the language. • Document their progress after the lesson. • Your schedule is based solely on your availability. • We ask that you commit to providing 15-20 hours per week.
