Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in data analysis, demonstrating deep proficiency in writing Python code. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related technical field. - Fluency in English, written and spoken. - Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Generative AI tools and an AI-first approach to data research, analysis, and innovation. - Extensive experience with statistical analysis in enterprise or research environments. - Expertise in querying databases and using the Python data analysis and visualization stack (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, Plotly, Matplotlib, etc.). - Experience using monitoring and visualization tools (such as Grafana or Redash). - Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage complex research tasks with high autonomy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on proactively communicating project dependencies and status to stakeholders. - Demonstrated commitment to being a proactive team player, collaborating effectively with R&D peers and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
