• Obtain and review all required documentation to prepare and file post‑foreclosure mortgage claims • Navigate multiple systems, websites, and client platforms to research and collect claim data • Identify missing or deficient documentation and follow up with clients, attorneys, vendors, and property preservation companies • Prepare claims and supporting documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance • Accurately calculate claim amounts and balance claims to client systems • Update and maintain client and internal systems with timely and accurate information • Review claims against federal, state, investor, and insurer guidelines, policies, and procedures • Reconcile discrepancies and document findings or required corrections • Monitor daily reports to ensure claims are processed within required timelines • Communicate with clients, investors, insurers, and vendors regarding claim status • Support quality control reviews and implement required corrections • Perform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in mortgage servicing, default servicing, foreclosure, or claims processing
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management and decision‑making abilities
  • Ability to interpret and apply investor, insurer, and regulatory guidelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in internet‑based platforms and multiple systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows environment)
  • Data entry skills, including 30+ WPM typing and 10‑key proficiency
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
