Role Description As a Business Controller, you act as a key sparring partner for the operational business and are responsible for carrying out a wide range of controlling tasks within a group context. Your focus lies on analyzing profitability across multiple units as well as providing well-founded support for business decisions from an overall company perspective. In doing so, you combine financial transparency at group level with a deep understanding of the respective business models and actively contribute to the further development, harmonization, and optimization of company performance. - Close collaboration with operational units as a business partner to steer the business - Preparation and analysis of target vs. actual comparisons, including deriving concrete recommendations for improving results - Conducting economic feasibility analyses and profitability assessments at customer, project, and product level - Calculation of projects, offers, and business cases in close coordination with operational stakeholders - Monitoring operational performance and further development of relevant KPIs and steering metrics - Supporting and coordinating planning and forecasting processes - Analyzing cost structures and identifying as well as implementing efficiency and optimization potential - Preparing decision-relevant analyses and presentations for management - Further development and group-wide harmonization of controlling tools, reports, and processes to support business steering - Ensuring high data quality as a basis for well-founded decision-making Qualifications - Completed degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable qualification - Several years of experience in business controlling, ideally in an operational or project-oriented environment, preferably within a service company - Strong understanding of business and financial relationships, along with an affinity for working closely with the business - Experience in project costing as well as building and evaluating business cases - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to present complex matters in a clear and understandable way - High level of initiative, results orientation, and assertiveness - Structured and independent working style, along with strong communication and coordination skills - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with common reporting or BI tools (e.g., MS Fabrics, Power BI) as well as knowledge of SAP is an advantage - Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken - Team spirit and motivation to take on responsibility and actively contribute to the company’s development Benefits - Varied tasks in an international environment - Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely - Attractive compensation with vacation and Christmas bonuses - Participation in the Hansefit sports program - Bicycle and equipment leasing and our Corporate Benefits Portal - Company pension plan - Support for public transport - Permanent employment contract - Internal coaching and employee development - Flat hierarchy and open corporate culture

Role Description This is a senior accounting leadership role for an experienced controller who has operated at the intersection of technical accounting depth, operational rigor, and PE-backed reporting complexity. You will own the full accounting operation globally — the close process, the audit relationship, the compliance certificate, the technical accounting research function, and the team that executes across all of it. You are joining at a moment when the accounting foundation needs to be rebuilt and strengthened. The close book requires a QC overhaul. The revenue recognition framework requires an expert who can drive it to resolution. The lender compliance certificate needs an internal owner who can produce it without external support. These are active workstreams that need a strong operator from day one. Role Description The Vice President, Controller will lead and manage the finance and accounting departments by providing information, primarily financial in nature, about all company activities that will assist management and other users in making educated economic decisions about the company's future.
