Role Description The primary role of the Member Contact Center Representative I is to provide exemplary service to Credit Union via all manners and methods of contact, including but not limited to phones, e-mail, web channels, mail, and facsimile. Role Description The Registered Nurse, Directing (DRN) role manages pediatric, palliative and/or acute medically complex clients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) or Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) by directing Personal Support Workers (PSWs), also known as Health Care Technicians (HCT). HCTs are provided specialized training and education to work with this patient population.
