Role Description This is a hands-on role on a small, fast-moving team where you’ll help design, deliver, and evolve learning programs across the organization. - Partner closely on newly formed and existing programs while also contributing to upcoming ones. - Support everything from needs assessment and design to delivery and iteration. - Take on increasing ownership of core learning offerings over time. - Blend learning design, program partnership, and facilitation. - Enjoy and excel at building, thriving in a high-energy, active role. - Be excited to grow in your role, increasing scope and complexity as the organization evolves. Responsibilities - Partner on L&D Programs - Design, deliver, and evolve programs across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, manager development, compliance, skill building). - Autonomously lead an end-to-end curriculum and learning design process from intake through curriculum authoring to full development. - Support needs assessment, solution design, and program execution alongside Talent Development team members. - Build strong relationships with stakeholders and SMEs and contribute to identifying learning needs. - Design & Build Learning Experiences - Design and develop engaging multi-modal learning experiences using tools like Sana Create, Sana Live, Articulate Rise, and/or Storyline. - Apply instructional design and adult learning principles in practical, learner-centered ways. - Leverage AI tools to accelerate and enhance content creation; stay curious about emerging approaches. - Iterate quickly based on feedback and evolving needs. - Facilitate & Deliver Learning - Co-facilitate virtual and in-person sessions across a variety of programs and audiences. - Fully own facilitation of a set of learning offerings over time. - Create engaging, inclusive learning environments that encourage participation. - Adapt delivery style in real time based on audience needs. - Contribute to the L&D Function - Help build and improve how L&D operates as the team grows. - Explore how AI can support and scale learning across the organization. - Jump in where needed; we’re a small team and support each other. Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with exposure to supporting or owning programs. - Experience designing and delivering learning experiences (e.g., onboarding, manager training, compliance, skill building). - Hands-on experience building courseware in Articulate Rise and/or Storyline; video production, animation or other media production skills a plus. - Experience facilitating live sessions (virtual and/or in-person). Requirements - Strong instructional design and learning experience design skills. - Ability to move from a problem or need to a clear learning approach (with guidance as needed). - Strong facilitation and communication skills. - Curiosity about AI and how it can enhance learning and L&D work. - Ability to translate complex topics into clear, practical learning experiences. - Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
