• Taking independent responsibility for advising on, designing, and implementing our clients' IT projects • Technical implementation of functional requirements in both traditional and agile development teams • Development of modern client-server applications with web frontends and Java backends for our clients • Collaborative, partnership-based cooperation and open communication with our clients and stakeholders

• Develop and maintain high-quality, clean, and maintainable code in line with project standards; • Design and develop responsive and accessible user interfaces; • Develop UI components using modern frameworks and best practices; • Develop and maintain microservices, including related testing; • Contribute to the development of application and data layers; • Analyse existing code to understand dependencies and support system changes; • Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure software quality; • Translate high-level designs into detailed technical specifications.

• Build and continuously improve backend systems and APIs in Django. • Take ownership of architecture decisions around scalability, reliability, and maintainability. • Build features in the React frontend, including UI, state management, and backend integration. • Improve performance and developer experience. • Design clean interfaces between frontend and backend. • Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. • Consistently apply clean code, design patterns, and strong system design principles. • Refactor larger parts of the codebase to improve long-term maintainability. • Systematically expand testing and QA, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. • Actively use and improve AI-assisted development workflows to iterate faster, increase quality, and automate repetitive work.

• Develop and evolve APIs and microservices in Python, focusing on scalability and performance; • Design and implement backend solutions on AWS using modern, cloud-native architectures; • Build and maintain event-driven architectures using AWS services (SQS, SNS, EventBridge or similar); • Work on the modernization and migration of legacy systems to AWS, ensuring a secure transition with no operational impact; • Develop integrations between systems in distributed and complex environments; • Participate in defining architecture and the technical design of solutions; • Ensure software engineering best practices (clean code, design patterns, TDD, and observability); • Support the evolution of the technical backlog and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
