Associate Affiliate Manager
Centerfield
• Analyze large datasets to optimize partner performance and maximize lead volume, quality, and revenue • Manage day-to-day partner relationships, including communication, support, and performance tracking • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients • Support appointment setting and lead flow coordination across partners and clients • Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and data integrity across all affiliate activity • Develop and execute partner-specific strategies to hit volume and revenue targets • Assist in onboarding and launching new partners, managing the process end-to-end • Prospect and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the network • Troubleshoot partner issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain strong relationships
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Experience with tracking platforms, CRMs, or performance marketing tools is a plus
