Rechnungen, Vertragsbestätigungen, Briefe etc.). - Du optimierst die Formulare, sowie deren Erstellungsprozess, passt sie an geänderte Anforderungen an und implementierst neue Features. - Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Lösung von Störungen im Dokumentenerzeugungsprozess (z.B. Druck, Mail, Archivierung). Qualifications - Du studierst Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen oder eine hohe Affinität zur IT mit. - Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows-basierten Systemen. - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse. - Du bist ein freundlicher Teamplayer und behältst auch in herausfordernden Situationen starke Nerven. - Du hast keine Scheu vor Quellcode. - Du arbeitest gerne mit Kunden.
