• design and implement scalable, high-quality components and services aligned with team and company goals • contribute to technical decisions on solution design, architecture, technical debt, reliability, and performance • collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into balanced technical solutions • monitor and improve system performance • champion best practices in software development, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement • own delivery pipeline (code quality, testing, deployments) and participate in on-call duties
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development
- strong proficiency in modern C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Dapper, Polly, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- proficient in designing public APIs or libraries with strict versioning requirements
- solid with cloud development infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- high level of modern CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus
- expert in monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, and Sumo Logic or similar
- experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- competent in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform
- good at support production software systems
- nice-to-have skills: experience with F#

• Definir y diseñar arquitecturas Java escalables, seguras y de alto rendimiento para entornos corporativos. • Liderar la modernización de arquitecturas existentes y la evolución tecnológica de sistemas legacy. • Diseñar arquitecturas distribuidas basadas en microservicios y orientadas a servicios. • Definir, gobernar y documentar APIs REST , incluyendo su gestión mediante API Gateway . • Diseñar y gobernar sistemas de mensajería basados en Kafka . • Establecer estándares técnicos y asegurar su correcta aplicación. • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares garantizando la coherencia arquitectónica. • Definir prácticas DevOps y pipelines CI/CD , incluyendo automatización de despliegues. • Elaborar documentación técnica y realizar seguimiento de proyectos.
• Desarrollo de aplicaciones Java con arquitectura hexagonal y microservicios • Trabajo en integración continua y colaboración con equipos globales • Implementación de pruebas unitarias y de integración
• Liderazgo técnico y gestión de equipo (aprox. 10 miembros), asegurando buenas prácticas y calidad del código. • Análisis y desarrollo de aplicaciones Backend (Java 11+ y Spring). • Toma de requisitos y definición de soluciones técnicas alineadas con las necesidades del negocio. • Gestión de proyectos bajo metodología Agile Scrum, incluyendo estimaciones y planificación. • Supervisión de arquitecturas basadas en microservicios y arquitectura hexagonal. • Implementación de contratos REST / API REST y Avro, integración con mensajería (JMS, MQTT) y protocolos TCP/IP. • Uso de Sonar y Snyk para garantizar la calidad y seguridad del código. • Coordinación de pruebas. • Gestión de repositorios y CI/CD con GitHub, Docker, AKS, Kubernetes con Azure Arc. • Administración de datos en Azure Cosmos DB y optimización con Redis. • Monitorización y observabilidad con Grafana y Application Insights. • Utilización de herramientas como Jira para la gestión de tareas y seguimiento.
