Senior Software Engineer – Cloud Platform Infrastructure
Qdrant
• Design, implement, and operate core cloud platform components • Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters and develop custom Kubernetes operators • Write production-grade Go and Python code for platform services and automation • Improve reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) • Strengthen observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and metrics • Automate operational workflows and platform integrations • Collaborate closely with Platform, Regions & Clusters, and Features teams • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term system hardening • Continuously reduce KTLO and operational overhead through engineering improvements
Job Requirements
- Must have 5–7+ years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, or SRE-adjacent roles
- Strong proficiency in Go and Python, or deep expertise in one with willingness to work regularly with both
- Solid experience running Kubernetes in production
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and automation practices
- Comfortable participating in on-call rotations and managing production incidents
- Ownership mindset and clear communication skills

Role Description The Power Platform Developer will work with our team of IT professionals to design, develop, and maintain customized Power Platform solutions to streamline and automate business processes for government clients. The Developer will work with business and technical stakeholders to develop and document requirements, define constraints, and identify, build, and deploy best-fit technical solutions.
