Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst - 1 Horizon Way, Deerfield, ILLINOIS - Employees work in a hybrid mode - Flexibility to work remotely on Monday & Friday - Full-time - Department: Supply Chain Job Description The Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst will play a critical role in Fortune Brands Innovations’ Digital Transformation group, leveraging advanced analytics to optimize supply chain performance and enable data-driven decision-making. This role will partner with supply chain leaders, IT, and commercial teams to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic growth initiatives. Position Location: This role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Associates are required in office (Deerfield, IL) Tues-Thurs with the option to work remotely Monday & Friday. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to support supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and lifecycle management. - Design and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools using BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Perform deep-dive analysis on supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Support digital transformation initiatives such as S&OP optimization, network modeling, and digital twin projects. - Collaborate cross-functionally with demand planning, procurement, logistics, and IT teams to ensure alignment of analytics solutions with business objectives. - Implement predictive and prescriptive analytics techniques to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational agility. - Ensure data integrity and governance across multiple systems and platforms. - Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or data analysis roles. - Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for data manipulation and modeling. - Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel (PowerPivot, macros). - Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and planning tools. - Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning concepts, and statistical analysis. - Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, or related field preferred. - Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, Azure). - Knowledge of supply chain processes including inventory, logistics, and procurement. - Exposure to AI/ML applications in supply chain optimization. Additional Information Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $110,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
