SDR – Sales Representative

• Actively prospect new clients, identify business opportunities, and qualify leads for the sales team, contributing to the growth of the company’s client portfolio. • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. • Identify companies with potential need for Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Occupational Medicine services. • Qualify leads according to the ideal customer profile. • Schedule meetings for consultants/sales representatives. • Update the CRM with current information. • Follow up with leads in progress. • Support commercial campaigns and demand generation activities. • Maintain an initial strategic relationship with prospective clients.
Job Requirements
- Experience in commercial prospecting, telemarketing, or pre-sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, persuasive, and target-oriented profile.
- Organized and disciplined in commercial routines.
- CRM knowledge is a plus.
- High school diploma required (higher education is a plus).

The SDR Manager plays a pivotal leadership role, responsible for translating strategy into daily execution while developing high-performing SDR talent. The right person will influence pipeline results, improve execution quality, and help scale consistent, repeatable SDR performance across inbound and outbound motions.
