Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in community management, growth marketing, digital acquisition, or a related field, with experience operating at a Manager level.
- Proven success building and optimizing acquisition funnels and onboarding flows, ideally moving users from a core product into a community platform.
- Deep expertise in Discord, including onboarding features, role management, and tracking tools to measure user behavior and attribution.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional partners to secure resources and visibility.
- A balance of creativity and analytical thinking, with the ability to develop engaging campaigns and evaluate their performance through data.
- Experience working with data to inform decisions, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.
- A strong understanding of the sports and gaming landscape, with the ability to create messaging and experiences that resonate with sports fans.

Job Summary: The Community Based Care Manager collaborates with members of an inter-disciplinary care team (ICT), providers, community and faith-based organizations to improve quality and meet the needs of the individual, natural supports and the population through culturally competent delivery of care and coordination of services and supports.
