Role Description You'll own and scale our performance engine end-to-end. From high-velocity model launches to paid acquisition across search and social, you'll drive qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue. - Build and scale a high-performing acquisition engine across search and paid social. - Own Google Search: launch agile campaigns for frequent model releases and build always-on campaigns that convert high-intent traffic into revenue. - Own paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit): collaborate with creative and content teams to produce quickly, test aggressively, and scale what works. - Partner with marketing and product teams to align on priorities, launches, and messaging. - Drive experimentation across channels, landing pages, and funnel conversion. - Analyze performance deeply: identify bottlenecks, surface insights, and recommend product and marketing improvements. - Build scalable reporting and attribution to tie spend to revenue. The majority of the team is based in San Francisco; this role requires 3-4 hours of daily overlap with PST for alignment and fast execution. Qualifications - 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing at high-growth startups. - Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit). - Experience in B2B and/or prosumer markets (developer tools, SaaS, or similar). - Highly data-driven and detail-oriented. You care about the numbers and what drives them. - Ability to move fast, test constantly, and operate in ambiguity. - Proactively suggest product and growth improvements beyond campaign execution. Requirements - Bonus: Existing network for producing high-quality ad creatives quickly. - Experience marketing technical or developer-focused products. Qualifications - 1+ year of experience managing and expanding Google Ads Search campaigns with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. - A keen interest in expanding your knowledge beyond Search towards Meta and Microsoft Ads and their potential to complement and scale brand traffic. - Strong organisational skills, a tech-savvy mindset, and a detail-oriented approach. You work independently and have a can-do attitude. - A solid understanding of tracking, measurement, and attribution models. - Excellent command of Excel/Google Sheets.
