Role Description We are looking for a highly experienced Android Mobile Engineer / Architect to support a strategic digital transformation project within a leading banking environment. Role Description Apptegy, Inc. in Little Rock, AR seeks Android Engineer. - Enhance current mobile applications, while also helping to build new ones. - Work with other developers of various experience levels. - Participate in code reviews and write technical documentation. - Deliver clean and stable code with tests. - Be an advocate for tech and engineering inside the company. - Write code in Kotlin using both Android Views and Jetpack Compose for new features, new products/platforms. - Work in a SCRUM team with other Android Engineers as well as iOS, Backend, and Front End Engineers. - Discuss the best architecture for a feature and dive deep into Design Patterns. - Write documentation with the help of Product and Tech Ops. - Use coding standards including best framework and language idioms. - Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering leaders (CTO & VP). - 100% Telecommuting is permitted from any location within the U.S. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related, or foreign equivalent. - 4 years of experience in related occupations.
