Job Title: Verification and Benefits Coordinator Company: ReWorks Solutions Location: Remote (US Hours: 9am - 5pm EST) Job Type: Full-Time Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Verification and Benefits Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing authorizations, verifying insurance benefits, and supporting medical billing processes within an ABA setting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to think critically, and works well independently. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and track authorization processes for services - Verify patient insurance benefits accurately and efficiently - Assist with medical billing and related administrative tasks - Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date - Communicate with insurance providers to resolve issues or discrepancies - Maintain organized records and follow compliance standards - Identify and troubleshoot billing or authorization issues proactively
Job Requirements
- Previous experience with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services
- Strong understanding of medical billing and insurance verification
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to think critically and work independently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 40 Mbps upload and download)
- Strong communication skills
