JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary The Lead Analyst serves as a data steward with deep subject matter expertise, responsible for designing and prototyping Medical Economics data assets that are clearly defined and fit for use. This role bridges business and data by translating complex concepts into structured logic. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES - Performs research and analysis of complex healthcare data (eligibility, claims, auths etc.) - Acts as the designated data steward for assigned domains. - Maintain and evolve business definitions, data logic and rules. - Apply deep subject matter expertise to ensure data reflects real-world business processes. - Translates business needs into clear, structured data requirements and logic. - Identify and resolve ambiguities, inconsistencies, and gaps in definitions - Partner with stakeholders to align on intended meaning vs actual implementation - Contributes to data model design and evolution - Builds design prototypes - Provides detailed requirements to engineering for implementation - Defines and execute data validation and quality checks - Investigates anomalies and discrepancies across systems - Drives resolution with appropriate teams (engineering, source system owners, etc.) - Maintain clear, structured documentation to ensure traceability between business intent and data implementation. - Support downstream users (reporting, actuarial, finance) in understanding and using data correctly. - Has experience working with large-scale healthcare datasets. - Understands healthcare economics and operations. - Pays strong attention to details with ability to see the big picture. - Communicates clearly and concisely. - Escalates cross-domain conflicts, prioritization trade-offs, and strategic decisions to Manager/Director. - Operates effectively within defined ownership structures. - Proactively identifies and resolves issues, not wait for direction. • Develop and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio to track billing and operational KPIs • Perform reconciliations and verifications of time logs, cross-referencing paid data with operational data • Integrate, clean, and model data from multiple sources with a focus on data quality and governance • Support leadership's strategic decisions with clear, objective reports and analyses • Create and maintain automation scripts using Google Apps Script for data integration and processing • Participate in project planning, execution, management, monitoring, and evaluation.

• Collaborate with senior management, investors, and internal stakeholders. • Develop and expand a centralized data warehouse for KPI aggregation and automation. • Create and enhance Power BI reports to improve business and operational efficiency. • Perform ad-hoc analyses using T-SQL, MS Excel, or SQL Server Reporting Services. • Support the finance function with data acquisition and analysis tasks. • Integrate newly acquired companies and data models into the data warehouse.

• Support clients directly — understand their requirements, translate them into data solutions, and deliver clear insights • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker, Power BI, and Tableau — depending on client setup • Design and maintain data models that consolidate data from multiple marketing platforms and sources • Map and document data flows across complex, multi-source schemas • Proactively identify opportunities, trends, or risks in marketing data and communicate findings clearly • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and investigations • Manage and enhance data transformations with dbt • Conduct QA/UAT to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness • Use Git for version control and collaboration
