Description As a Radiology expert, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and interpreting medical imaging to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Your expertise will not only enhance our service delivery but will also be integral to our mission of connecting skilled professionals with healthcare facilities that need them. Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive radiological assessments and provide accurate interpretations of medical images - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and treatment plans - Utilize advanced imaging technology to enhance diagnostic accuracy - Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations - Participate in departmental meetings to discuss case studies and share insights - Provide guidance and support to junior staff and residents in the radiology department - Stay updated on advancements in radiology techniques and technologies - Participate in continuous education and professional development activities Requirements - Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution - Completion of a residency in Radiology - Board certification in Radiology or equivalent - Strong understanding of imaging modalities and diagnostic processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities - Commitment to patient care and continuous learning Schedule: 6p-2a CST, 7 on/7 off or 14 on/14 off No call requirement Setting: 100% remote Case Volume: 120-150 RVUs per shift Cases: Primarily DX and ER reads, neuro preferred as well Workstation provided EMR: Epic Must be board-certified Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary + RVUs 2-year partnership track Sign-on bonus
