Client Relations Representative – Insurance Program Associate

Jencap

• Act as a front-line resource for clients, assisting with coverage setup and guiding them through the binding process. • Support day-to-day operations, providing organized and accurate client records, ensuring all information is communicated effectively across teams and help program implementation. • Maintain accurate client records and ensure clients receive timely updates and information regarding their coverage. • Proactively identify client needs and resolve issues efficiently, escalating more complex matters as needed while maintaining a high level of client confidence. • Contribute to ongoing improvements in client experience by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities within workflows.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field)
  • Experience in client-facing roles such as hospitality, customer experience, account coordination, or service industries preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and open to learning new systems
  • Willingness to obtain P&C license if not currently licensed (training/support provided).
