The Role: We are looking for a strategic Instructional Designer who operates as a true consultant. You won't just take orders—you will partner with our strategy (ELSE) team and business stakeholders to architect the most effective learning solutions. Your audience includes remote frontline associates (focused on in-home consultative selling and installations) and their leaders. A key part of this role is designing targeted programs that empower managers to effectively lead and coach a distributed sales team. Training is highly dynamic and delivered via tablets, laptop, ILT, and vILT.
