They are responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation to ensure goals are met and managing any changes to project scope, ensuring that adjustments do not negatively impact deadlines. Upon project completion, the Project Manager conducts a post-project review to identify opportunities for improvement. Essential Functions - Develops project scope, goals and deliverables. - Defines individual tasks and resources necessary for completion of a project, and ensures availability and allocation of resources. - Creates and maintains project documentation.
