• Identify prospect opportunities within target customer profile. • Ensure necessary production to achieve sales goals as measured by the established Revenue and Gross Profit Contribution goals. • Provide monthly and quarterly sales forecasts. • Partner closely with Marketing and the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to drive new lead generation initiatives and support pipeline growth. • Developing action plans to grow sales volume for each qualified prospect. • Selling Optus’ full product suite to new customers. • Can create opportunities by initiating contact with prospects and generating interest. • Prospecting and gaining commitments from new multi-site accounts. • Can articulate Optus’ product and service offerings and value proposition. • Model appropriate behavior regarding Optus’ Core Values and Code of Ethics Policies and supports Optus’ team approach to Quality.
Job Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience (at least 4 years of business to business sales) preferred.
- Proven track record of ability to carry quotas and sell on a successful basis preferred.
- Previous experience or knowledge of cloud technology business is a plus.
- Must have an understanding of sales principles.
- Proficient in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
