Global Agency Lead
Amplitude
• Build and own Amplitude's global agency partnership strategy • Develop a deep point of view on which agency archetypes create the most downstream value for Amplitude • Run executive-level engagement with senior partners at target firms • Build scalable co-sell and co-delivery motions with agency partners • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure partners are driving real customer outcomes • Represent Amplitude at key industry events
Job Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or consulting
- A real understanding of how enterprise martech transformations get sold and delivered
- Technical credibility
- Strong executive presence
- An MBA from a strong program or equivalent experience is a plus
- Evidence of impact
- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership
