Job Description Junior Compliance Data Analyst / Static Data Administrator CSC Luxembourg Full Time (40h/week), Hybrid Role Purpose The Junior Compliance Data Analyst / Static Data Administrator supports the Compliance function by ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of key operational and regulatory data across Business, Finance, shared services and Compliance systems. The role focuses on static data management, reconciliation of datasets, preparation of compliance reporting, and first-level data analysis to support AML/CFT, onboarding, monitoring and governance processes. This position is designed for a junior profile with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in data quality, controls and regulatory environments. Key Responsibilities Data Quality & Static Data Management - Maintain and reconcile static client and investor data across multiple internal systems (Business, Finance, Compliance). - Identify inconsistencies, gaps or anomalies in datasets and proactively investigate root causes. - Perform regular cross-checks between onboarding data, financial records and compliance databases. - Ensure accuracy of key reference data used for regulatory reporting. Compliance Data Analysis & Reporting - Prepare and validate datasets for Compliance reporting (AML/CFT metrics, onboarding KPIs, training completion, CMP inputs, etc.). - Support Compliance with ad-hoc data requests from internal stakeholders and regulators. - Produce structured Excel reports and dashboards. - Assist in trend analysis and identification of operational risks linked to data quality. Operational Support - Act as a bridge between Compliance, Finance and Business teams to align data sources. - Support internal working groups aimed at improving data governance and reporting consistency. - Document data flows and reconciliation logic. - Contribute to continuous improvement of controls around data accuracy. Required Skills & Profile Technical - Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas). - Comfortable working with large datasets. - Basic understanding of data reconciliation concepts. - Interest in data analysis and governance. Personal - High attention to detail. - Structured and methodical mindset. - Curious and proactive. - Comfortable asking questions and challenging inconsistencies. - Able to work under volume pressure without compromising quality. Education / Experience - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data, Economics or related field. - 0-2 years experience (junior profile welcome). - First exposure to Compliance, AML/KYC, Operations or Finance is a plus. Nice to Have - Basic AML/KYC understanding. - Experience with static data. - Exposure to regulatory environments. - Power BI / basic SQL (optional).
