Telehealth LMFT | Full-Time Remote Role Location: New Jersey Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a remote full-time telehealth position. This role is centered on providing therapy to clients working through relationship difficulties, family stress, emotional concerns, and behavioral health needs. The therapist will assess concerns, guide treatment, and help clients build practical tools that support healthier communication, stronger relationships, and better daily functioning. Responsibilities: - Provide scheduled virtual therapy sessions for assigned clients - Complete psychosocial assessments and clinical intakes - Establish treatment goals and maintain active treatment plans - Document session details and client progress in a timely manner - Use appropriate clinical interventions based on presenting concerns - Maintain regular follow-up and continuity of care
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Active LMFT license in New Jersey
- Experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting
- Strong assessment, communication, and treatment planning skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
