Moving Operations Specialist (US, Virtual)
SIRVA
The primary objective of the Moving Operations Specialist is to serve as the Moving subject matter expert for Sirva Relocation. Responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for the agent network and 3rd party services and ensuring systems compliance. The Moving Operations Specialist will provide allocation recommendations to further drive quality and customer satisfaction. Essential Functions and Responsibilities % of time (must total to 100%) Description of Duty 100% Customer Service (both internal and external) - Manage escalations - Perform system audits to ensure agent network compliance - Manage cost controls and approvals of exceptions and 3rd party costs. - Acts as the main point of contact for SIRVA Relocation and the agent network before, during, and after each relocation - Work with other members of the team to ensure the best experience for our customers. - Works with It on system enhancements - Document all interaction with agents and Relo Qualifications and preferred skills (Qualifications, Skills, Education or Certification Requirements, etc.) Education/Certification Requirements - Associate’s degree or business diploma required (or equivalent experience) Qualifications and Experience Requirements - Exceptional customer service skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Outstanding communication skills - Domestic House Hold Goods background preferred - Self-motivated At Sirva, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation practices.
