Job Requirements
- 2 to 7 years of relevant experience as an intermediate to senior writer
- Writing experience in Human Resources, Talent & Culture, Purpose & Values, EVP, Leadership, Storytelling, Talent Attraction, or Internal Communications (client-side), and/or demonstrated B2B experience
- Undergraduate degree in Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills across long and short formats
- Strong research skills
- Digital and SEO fluency
- Self-direction - excellent time management and organization, able to work independently
- A collaborative spirit - easy to work with, reliable, and ready to push the envelope with innovative, disruptive work
- Strong French writing skills for the Quebec market are a significant asset
