Research: 4-5 hours per week: digging into the information the client provided in order to customize options to meet their financial need in the case of a death or disability. Meeting with Families: 2 days per week: meeting with clients either virtually or in-person (the choice is yours) to present their options, discuss the details of the coverage, and help them apply for coverage. What Sets us Apart: We maintain a people-first mentality that starts and ends with our agents. Our unparalleled benefits and connections within the insurance industry ensure that our agents have the resources they need to excel inside and outside of work If you feel this might be the home you have been looking for. Our expectation is that a full-time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we also have a selection of premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect their current retirement accounts (e.g. 401k's and IRA's) from losing money in the stock market. We have extensive training on how these products work and how to sell them. In addition to uncapped commission, we have a competitive bonus structure program along with incentive trips agents/managers can qualify for based on their individual and team results. ***No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected.
