NOW IS THE TIME to join this growing and stable company. We are looking for a Report Coordinator located in the Pacific time zone to join our national Central Processing Center team. The team assists company technical staff with proofreading and reviewing technical reports and documents. Principal duties consist of report review, editing, formatting, and distribution of reports to clients. Supports a diverse group of internal consultants within the organization as well as external clients with requests. This will be a remote work position and will require adequate work-at-home space with minimal interruptions. Works under minimal supervision, exercising initiative and independent judgment in the performance of assigned tasks. Essential Job Functions - Proofreads multiple types of engineering, architectural, fire, and other technical reports and documents to ensure quality, formatting, and compliance with corporate standards. - Reviews reports for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and readability. Suggests and tracks all edits and recommendations. - Adjusts settings for format, line spacing, and other style requirements as required in accordance with organization operations manual and department manual standards with a high level of attention to detail. - Transmits reports to clients through email or client-based portals, including invoices, when required by client. - Enters electronic notes in internal organization database, memorializing various key milestones, and stores final documents in respective matter folder. - Communicates with engineers, architects, fire, other technical staff, and administrative staff across the organization.

- High School Diploma with some college. English degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Word document review, proofreading, grammar, and punctuation.
- Experience with insurance, construction, and/or legal documents and contracts is a plus.

- Physical Demands, Overtime, and Travel Requirements
- Physical Demands - Work is performed primarily in an office setting. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, climb, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. Clear vision and depth perception are also necessary.[SHA1]
- Overtime - This position is salaried with a non-exempt FLSA status. Regular working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch. There will be periods where overtime will be required, which the employee will need to comply with in order to meet the demands of the position.
